Bathroom Vanity Shipping
We are currently offering free white glove delivery on bathroom vanity purchases! Please note that some restrictions apply:
White glove delivery service is either threshold delivery to the front entrance or garage, or delivery to your room of choice on the first floor. Please note that the delivery agent is unable to navigate any steps or stairs. All delivered items will be left in the original packaging.
Certain areas may not be serviced by our white glove delivery partners, in which case we are only able to offer curb-side delivery. Lift-gate service is included for all curb-side deliveries.
If your ship-to address is a remote or rural area, island, construction site, unpaved or inaccessible road, please contact us at 310-320-8882 or firstname.lastname@example.org prior to placing an order. There may be an additional shipping charge.
At checkout, please provide your daytime phone number(s). We will need this information to book your order to ship.
All orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days of receipt. The transit time depends on your location. After your order is shipped, we will send a shipping information email containing the trucking company name, website, and the order’s tracking number. When the order arrives at your local terminal, the carrier will call you to make an appointment for the delivery. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to be available at the appointed time and date to receive the package and sign for the delivery. Any redelivery charges incurred will be billed to the customer and due before delivery.
At the time of delivery, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to fully inspect the shipment for potential damage caused during transit. Be sure to photograph the condition of the box and packaging. Any damage must be noted in detail on the delivery receipt and signed by the driver, and reported to Kitchen Bath Collection within 24 hours of delivery. The customer accepts sole responsibility for damages that are not noted on the delivery receipt and damages that are not reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
Ground Shipping (All Non-Furniture Items)
We ship all non-freight items via insured FedEx Ground. If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us of the damages within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damage. KitchenBathCollection.com will replace the damaged parts or items as necessary.
If an order is canceled before it has been processed and shipped, payment will be refunded in full. Your order is deemed "shipped" when it has been picked up from our warehouse by the shipping carrier. If your item has already shipped, any cancellation will be deemed a "return."

Returns of non-damaged items must be made within 30 calendar days of receipt of merchandise. The items must be in new or as-new condition and must be returned in the original packing materials. It is the responsibility of the customer to make return shipping arrangements and to pay any and all return shipping costs. Items being returned must be insured by the sender. All returned items must be returned in new condition, with undamaged original manufacturer's packaging and crating materials when applicable. All product parts, original product manuals, and instructions must be returned. Items returned without the original box, packaging, parts or accessories will be subject to a restocking fee. Items that have been partially or completely installed and/or assembled cannot be returned. After the product is returned, inspected and verified to be in new condition, a full refund will be provided on the product purchase price. Any merchandise that is returned in less than new or as-new condition or without the original packaging materials, parts, or accessories will be assessed a restocking fee accordingly.
If the customer refuses a shipment for any reason other than externally visible damaged or internally damaged merchandise or a shipping error by us, the item shall be treated as a return and charges described in the section above shall be applied.
Please do not attempt to return any shipment back to us without prior authorization from KitchenBathCollection.com.
Damage of items may occur due to carrier mishandling during transit. When your order arrives, ensure that all pieces are accounted for and inspect all sides of the boxes or crates for anything out of the ordinary. If you can see damage on the outside of the box or if some of the packaging is missing from the shipment, take pictures to document the condition of the box and note on the delivery receipt, "BOX DAMAGED". Then, describe the damages on the delivery receipt and unwrap the item to inspect the merchandise. You have the right to refuse delivery if the item is damaged. If there are damages to the merchandise, mark all of the damages on the delivery receipt, take pictures to document the damage, and report it to us immediately by calling 310-320-8882. Failure to note damages on the delivery receipt will release the trucking company and insurance of all liability, so it is very important to make the proper notations on the delivery receipt. The customer accepts responsibility for all damages that are not reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
All of our products are covered by a limited one-year manufacturer's defect warranty. The warranty period expires one year from the date of delivery of the item. If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect and the warranty period has not expired, Kitchen Bath Collection will repair or replace part or all of the item as necessary to resolve the defect. Labor costs and items that are included with a purchase as a free gift are not covered by the warranty. Any problem that is caused by abuse, misuse, improper installation or storage, or an act of God (such as a natural disaster) are not covered.
Range Hoods: Please note that it is dangerous to install or use the item in any way other than what is described in the manual. Any modification to the item, installation in a manner other than that described in the user's manual, or non-residential use of the item will automatically void the warranty, and Kitchen Bath Collection will not be liable for any damages or injuries.

Our bathroom vanities are hand-made and have natural stone countertops. As such, some of our products may show unique color, texture, or finish that do not necessarily indicate a product defect. Please remember to expect that there will be distinctions that make each individual piece unique.
We reserve the right to alter minor details of our products featured on this site and in other informational materials in order to maintain or improve product quality and design integrity. As a result, products shipped to you may differ slightly from those depicted on this site or in such materials.
Bathroom Vanity Sizing
Our bathroom vanities are meant to fit in the size space that is indicated in their respective product categories. That is to say, all vanities in the 36-inch vanity category are meant to fit in a 36-inch space, all vanities in the 48-inch vanity category are meant to fit in a 48-inch space, and so on. However, because each vanity is constructed by hand, we ask all of our customers to allow for a slight margin of error. If you have stringent sizing requirements for installation, please call us at 310-320-8882 prior to placing your order, so that we can accommodate your request.
All orders with a shipping address in California will automatically have sales tax applied.
